Paying Dues
Make a PaymentAre you an owner and need to make a payment? Annual dues invoices are emailed prior to the due date.
Payment Options:
- Set up recurring payments or make a one-time payment online directly with the HOA’s bank First Citizens. Link to the sign-up instructions here.
- Send a check 7-10 business days in advance of the due date to The Oaks at Deer Valley, PO Box 2938, Park City, UT 84060
- Schedule a payment through your bank’s online BillPay. If you choose this option, please note that it takes 7-10 business days for BillPay payments to be sent to the HOA so please set them to arrive before the due date.
